Web 2.0
Defination: a second generation of the web that is focused on the ability for people to collaborate and share information online.
Blogs, wikis, and community-based web services such as Flickr and LibraryThing are all seen as components of Web 2.0. It is not a new technology, it's a new attitude.
Library 2.0
Defination: a user-centered paradigm focusing on knowledge, experience, collaboration. it's the natural evolution of library services to a level where the library user is in cntrol of how and when she gets access to the services she needs and wants.
Library 2.0 = ( books'n stuff + people + radical trust) * participation.
